Very niche for a market like that. Rent and funding enough space to store/ display the cars will be a pain too.
Would love to open my own small shack but with such cut throat margins in the real world in this market it’ll be tough to stay open long. Especially on the old niche stuff we find cool.
Perhaps like minded investors? Alternatively, you could just broker.

price something to make a profit to at least pay for over head "oh its too much"
yeah man. its always too much. even at half price from new.
actually, dealt with RS members before. most are awesome to deal with, but with a select few i've encountered, You meet their budget, criteria, options and what not, their response is always "thats too much man" and thats after spending quite a few hours, along with multiple appointments and answering any possible questions.
would like to help fellow members out, but keep in mind its a profession of mine, I need to make the coin to make ends meet in my personal life and do not work for free.
Its a business, not a charity. I don't waste your time, so please don't waste mine.
Want the best price? no problem, thats what buddy guy on the king george lot is for or the curbing dude on cragislist. Don't complain to me about your shitty purchase and ask me for help.
sometimes in business, to make money is letting the customer go
that being said, I'd find a lot of new car salespeople not researching enough of their competition

Lol... is that a garage custom built for the car?
Doesn't seem like any other car would fit in there.
19th century design before automobiles were really a thing
fiat 500, mini cooper, smart fortwo are about the only new vehicles that would fit...even the original Miata would struggle (slightly longer than the current gen)

it's effectively a shop/storage area
Maybe it's the perspective of the camera... but can you parallel park something longer in there? Haha
Saw this on Honda-tech but never clicked the video. Just instantly thought to myself that is either Washington or Vancouver the way the vehicle is covered with algae
