There is a building near Burrard and Cornwall where the developer owns the penthouse. He gated a good portion of the underground for his own personal garage. It has multiple lifts and full workshop equipment. I wanted to buy just to become his friend.

The penthouses at trump tower have privately gated 3 car garages plus a bike/chill room which is separate from the garage portion

Still gotta ride the elevator with all the other peasants though

went to a family friends private/public garage in hong kong which is gated by an elder couple in their 70s lol.... has a ferrari f430 assetto corsa

its public because anyone with money can park there, its private because only rich people can enter

was hilarious seeing all these lambos, ferraris, RR, bugati etc being secured by an old lady
