But is it sacrificing or eradicating the ideology of some in the society a price worth paying for the "greater good"? | IDK but I treat the show is more like South park when they made fun of Trump or China(Band of China anyone?, and they way how they paint Trump on the show or even show how stupid hillary clinton is?) like Family guy or even Simpons to a degree.
Is more for a laugh and show how stupid the gov or how certain person act. Nothing more.

China says: "Don't you dare recognize HK as separate!!!" Canada proceeds to lump HK in with China from a policy perspective and China says "How dare you not recognize HK as separate!!!"
Also, saying on social media Canada is a dangerous place to go when the person you're retaliating over chose to live here and maintain 2 luxury homes here... yah... okay

But now that Britain is offering HK British nationals a way to get residency, China calls them out for breaking the 1984 handover declaration.
They seem to be getting more and more beligerent, fragile, insecure, scared, and shunning the rest of the world. I mean "everybody knows that" already, but it's increasing at an alarming rate.
Of course people will argue that because there is a lot of money in the stock market, everything will be totally fine for a long time. I'm sure people have said that many many times in history.

Also American social media companies are being flooded with user data requests, and aren't complying.

I'm hoping people aren't forgetting all those companies that chose to bow down to China to try and get market share over there. It'd be interesting to see that actually backfire on them if China keeps isolating at this rate.

You'll get the weirdest of things being thrown down the trash chute. Some clown tried to throw his revolving fan down the chute, only to realize he could bring it downstairs to the over-sized garbage room and the city will come pick it up every Tuesday.
Having said that, I do enjoy the convenience of a garbage chute. But it works best when everyone knows how to use it properly. Consistent education and reminders are key to it being successful (or sometimes its failures haha)
