Do HKPF not have tasers? |
Seriously if this was in the US, these kids would have all been shot to death and the cops would've been exonerated in their killings. |
^ you are right about it. Hongers (either protesters orpolice) are not experienced in this kind of events, they all believed in peaceful protest down the street (see those 8964 gatherings and all other protests) and go home. They were like level 1 compare to US level 99, think about if it is the same situation in the States, probably a lot of burned cars or looted shops or shooting everywhere. You see Hong Kong police did drop their shields, low EQ, shooting randomly, threw tear gas to the press. Hong Kong protesters used umbrella, cried for help at the police station, yelling and shit. Now they are at level 2, sooner or later will smarten up. |
Basically due to what happen to the China reporter in HK getting caught at the air port The movie and film assoication ban any movies/TV shows to do with Spy since is a too senstive matter. And Also to the 70th celebration for the CPR gov TV stations have to show TV shows that support the Chinese gov and spread the idea of love China. So all the regular TV shows are ban lol. Pretty sad and scary how the Gov of China control everything, people can't even watch the TV shows/movies they enjoy. |

Edit: ninja’d. This was in response to Skinny. ^ they say money is the root of all evil. China seems to be a glowing example of that old cliche. Trump isn’t far too behind and could be looking to take the lead LUL This place is fucked. I literally apologized to my kids the other day for bringing them into this mess. Who knows what they’ll face when they’re adults. Careers are overly demanding, free time is sparse and you need an expensive post-secondary education if you want to stand a chance out there. Not for the right reasons either. It’s because everyone, including schools, consistently strategize on ways to increase revenues and profits. The world as it stands today is seemingly designed to take every penny from you that they can. I’m about ready to peace out. Wonder what my equity could get me in Nunavut :considered: :lol |
Further north? Helllll naa. I'm thinking South. Sandy beach with clear blue water. Small boat for fishing/tours. A few cabanas to pay for what i don't grow or catch. |

Hong Kong's golden era days of film in the 90s, there was literally no restriction on creativity. Hong Kong film nowadays is basically Chinese control propaganda. Everything has to fit within the current "restricted creative control" While big money films are largely finance by Mainlander, I am so glad Hk still has tv channel like RTHK. |

Didn't want to start a new thread https://cdn.cnn.com/cnnnext/dam/asse...xlarge-169.jpg Thoughts on this? https://www.cnn.com/2019/08/22/asia/...hnk/index.html TL;DR British consulate employee detained coming back from shenzhen. Gf say he lost contact when he was coming back from border. China version A) china arrested him for engaging in prostitution or visit prostitutes shall be detained for no less than 10 days but no more than 15 days, and may also be fined 5,000 yuan ($705). HK version 'Made-up crime' b) political reasons cause he participated in riots Hundreds to thousands go to China for prostitution and hundreds to thousands go to riots. Why him? Dd he really go and seek prostitutes.. maybe? |

I think China fuked up on his case because his family was transparent about his whole ordeal and the dude has a very clean past, so there was a lot of skepticism already from the public that he would purposefully go to China for a prostitute. China used him as a pawn peace to place more propaganda to its citizen to hate on HKers and oversea expats. This was during the time when a lot of UK politicians were putting pressure and scrutinizing China. Chances are, he's probably going to receive a notice from his bosses not to say anything or else he's going to get fired or not see a bright future with his job. |
does SZ have a better selection of prostitutes? asking for a friend |

There must be a reason why so many HK business guys goes to SZ every weekend. Pretty sure it's not about the electronics or cheap food... P.s. I don't think this guy was looking for a hoe. Look at his face, he's a guai guai boy. I seriously doubt he seeks out sex workers. He looks more like a fanatic pokeyman collector. |
Hasn't he kept quiet since he was released? Probably embarrassed af |
