Then google what's the legal definition of "good faith" when it comes to legal terms and get back to me. I'd give you a snipet: "Honesty; a sincere intention to deal fairly with others. Good faith is an abstract and comprehensive term that encompasses a sincere belief or motive without any malice or the desire to defraud others. It derives from the translation of the Latin term bona fide, and courts use the two terms interchangeably." Seriously... you keep using those words... but I don't think you understand what those words mean |

“To negotiate in good faith, parties must desire to reach agreement and commit to meeting deal terms.” So did I intend on signing away my citizenship ? Yes I did. How is that not good faith? |

"Good faith is an abstract and comprehensive term that encompasses a sincere belief or motive without any malice or the desire to defraud others" If your original intention was that you knowingly added the "rejection" clause because you knew you were going to be rejected and thus you can benefit from it, that's trying to defraud someone... That was not the original part of the deal. You added that clause specifically when I messaged you. And you have the audacity to say you were doing in good faith. Seriously, stop... you are only making a joke out of yourself by keep trying to explain yourself to "win" this. If you are doing this for the sake of our entertainment... ok... but seriously... it's not getting any better. |

Anyways the whole thing is moot now. I’m acting in bad faith cuz I’m trying to waste your money on legal fees and your just trolling me with zero intention of following through with this action. |
Badhobz- just stfu already. You're a fucking idiot; right from the beginning. |
Well whatever |

I mean he's not wrong. Let's put this in other terms. Let's say you looked a house to buy from a friend. No agents initially, since you're just looking and testing the waters. Then as the deal progresses, it gets serious, agents are brought into negotiate the terms for each party. Now clauses or subjects are being brought up like inspections. Is that bad faith? No. Cause in the begining neither party knows if they're serious. How would have BadHobz acted in bad faith if the contract wasn't even signed? Y'all just a bunch of joe blows on the internet saying random shit. You want it to be serious? Then iron out the details and get a legally binding agreement. Having an American citizenship nor knowing that he wouldn't qualify for Chinese citizenship, doesn't constitute as negotiating in bad faith. This whole thing was about his Canadian citizenship, what the fuck does an American citizenship have to do with it? Furthermore, since it is extremely difficult to get Chinese citizenship, how would he be an actor of bad faith if that fact is public knowledge. It's on the parties to know their own shit or hire someone who knows their shit. If you buy an E46 M3, they're not going to tell you that the generation of 3 series has subframe issues. That's something you got to do research on yourself. What makes you think that it constitutes bad faith? Bad faith is actively lying about something. Withholding information that is common knowledge, isn't bad faith. Sent from my Pixel XL using Tapatalk |

If that's the case all the c-lais who goes shopping together or go the school to pick up their kids together should get arrested then and anyone seeing with three or more people should also get arrested as well. |
hard to say if he did this to some random 3 girls walking on the street but given his past incidents, the girls probably cussed him out and he got triggered and power tripped |

When you reclaim chinese citizenship, you must renounce ALL citizenships. It says so on the form. So that means your american citizenship as well, unless you want to get caught and head to the shooting range. And yes it is possible to renounce US nationality as well. Damn this is a good deal, 4k to renounce both canadian and american citizenship. Let me quote you article 13 of the Nationality Law of the PRC "Article 13: Foreign nationals who once held Chinese nationality may apply for restoration of Chinese nationality if they have legitimate reasons; those whose applications for restoration of Chinese nationality have been approved shall not retain foreign nationality." Lol anyways, I'm just gonna leave this topic. It's clear you were never going to go through with it. |
