Denon AVR 2802 help

Hello Tech Experts out there,

I recently having issues with my Denon AVR 2802 that keeps turning itself off. I had the same set up for the past 5 years and it just started having these issues the past week?

Any ideas on what to do? or is it time for a new one. Even if I just turn on the system without having the TV on, it turns itself off within 3 seconds?

Thanks for your input.

You can probably get it repaired (could just be a simple electronic component that has failed). I’m not sure who on the mainland does electronics repair, so can’t really make any recommendations. I’d guess RS sponsor Sounds Good can point you in the right direction if they don’t do it themselves.

If you’ve been happy with the unit and don’t need more modern features, I’d probably look into repair first. If not, just replace it.
