Ended up buying the 65" Sony X900H from Costco.

Didn't realize it, but it's 80% more real estate compared to my 50" Samsung from before.

Had to buy a shorter TV stand to make it comfortable for viewing, lol.

Just hope Sony actually fixes the 4K/120Hz issue within the next couple months, otherwise I might end up getting the LG CX instead on Boxing Day.

I'm gonna buy that in an 85". Was gonna wait to see the black friday/boxing day pricing to grab one but I actually don't need it until feb of next year when we move into our new townhouse. I read that in January, stores have clearance prices to move the old stock out to make way for the new tvs for the year so I think I'll wait till January to start looking again unless a killer deal comes along.

Costco has the LG Cx or whatever for $300 off right now, $2300 I think

Yeah, I think Amazon and WM in the States are shipping them early.

Not sure if it's the states only, but reports say bestbuy et al won't be carrying the new consoles in store, and only selling them online, but u can choose to pickup in store

Walmart Canada did send out a tweet though saying they're aiming to get consoles on launch day for everyone.

Looks like some people are starting to get shipping emails from Walmart and Microsoft for their XSX. Still no update from Best Buy for mine.

They will both be fast from standby, but XBOX can standby several games while PS5 can only standby one game at a time.

Anyone receive updates for their PS5 orders yet? It seems that amazon in the states have started to create shipping labels for the ps5 but seems like nothing in Canada. My Amazon order hasn't updated since September.

Still trying to decide between the PS5 or the Xbox, I don't play online whatsoever, prefer single player games. I've always carried a PS, but the Xbox in terms of tech is looking more appealing. Just worried about the exclusives which have been historically piss poor (I hate Halo and GOW).
