The report states that it excluded more than 400 patients. That would seem to skew results. Quote:

Lol I’m in Penticton right now, RIP social distancing. Gone to 3 restaurants and breweries and it’s got worse at each one. The pizza place in at now has regular capacity with strangers sharing our same 6 person table |

They removed the 50% capacity limit provided that businesses can safely allow more than 50%. |
Like when I said “no one wears masks” in Vancouver it was still 15-20% Here I’ve literally seen 4 people wearing them lol..came to another brewery, it’s probably twice the size of parallel 49’s interior space and they have a max posted occupancy of 82 Also in general people do not respect distancing inside of places, in lines etc. every place I’ve gone people getting nice and close.. pretty bad tbh and it’s every place I’ve gone today (5 diff places) |
That's what I was saying a few weeks back and got shit on for it. People in the interior are doing fuck all. |

If someone walks up to you and aggressively coughs in your face, do you have a right to reasonable self defence? Aka a firm fucking right hook to their jaw |
WHO confirms that China was not the first to report the virus but its own office in China did after multiple alerts. Fuck, Tedro should resign. |
0 cases in the interior health region for weeks. |
I was wondering about this before, so I thought I'd share the tweet here |

she's lucky she was able to cough and walk away, could have ended up like that 1 woman on TMZ where she said the n-word in a convenience store at another woman and got a beat down for it. |

It's been a bit over a month since the BLM protests started taking place Out of curiosity, I wanted to see how the states with the largest protests (Seattle, Minneapolis, NYC) but also otherwise relatively still closed, compared to some states that opened bars and restaurants around the same time (Florida, Arizona, Texas) Chart starts around mid-May, before George Floyd was murdered https://i.imgur.com/0hFO5XH.png The differences: One is a HUGE gathering of people, but outdoors, and almost all wearing masks. The other is smaller groups of people, but indoors, and not wearing masks Also you know there were protests in Vancouver (no new local cases) Hong Kong (no new local cases) and around the world Wear a damn mask! |
Spain's coronavirus antibodies study adds evidence against herd immunity One of the hardest hit countries has 5% of the population with antibodies (herd immunity will need 70-90%) Also there are studies showing people lose their antibodies after a while |
^ Saw that flash by on the news ticker too, people who had antibodies had lost them even just weeks later! |
i think it's fair to say that BLM protests do contribute to increases the same way any large gatherings do. 10,000 people protesting is still not as significant as millions of people being careless in their everyday lives though, which is the bigger cause of spiking. |

basically the further south you went the less covid precautions there were that being said, most did keep a 6' distance but some it was like there was nothing going on at all as for the general public....saw VERY VERY few people in masks |

Did I read that the US has changed policy from counting only confirmed cases to "presumptive cases" ? |
Was in Victoria and Kelowna for a business trip...felt like I was the only one wearing a mask.... doesn't help that it seemed like I was the only asian too lol |
