you're telling me a fucking cop is going to walk up to a booth of people and demand ID to prove they live together? hah.. good luck with that. I wouldnt show my ID even if i was with my wife, fuck that noise.
a friend of mine works at the Burnaby tank farm, probably one of the biggest construction projects in town these days.
There are people there from all over BC and further, some of them live together in 3/4/5 room houses, none of them have ID with the same address on it. They legitimately live in the same house, Do you fine them when they are out at a restaurant?

The scenario you've listed would be annoying, but probably the exception rather than the norm.
Also is there no law to make it illegal for you to not comply to an officer asking for identification?

I dont know if any of you are familiar with Sam Chui, who is a youtuber who does air travel reviews etc. He's probably the most famous airplane youtuber. In his recent video he flew Emirates which is now using Iris scans for health screening bypass as well as security bypass within emirates own sections and boardings.
If you want to talk about dystopia, a private airline taking iris scans and saving that data for health screening is getting rightttttt up there.. lol
The airline is a private service, they can do whatever the fuck they want imo. And they can deny you also if they want. You can choose to not use their service though.
Rumor, 4 people at Cactus Club Langley got fines of $2500 each because they were sitting in the same booth with a person with who they did not reside with.

What you’re talking about is the equivalent to random stop checks. The same shit everyone has been crying about with people who live on the DTES native ppl etc. Only in this scenario they have absolutely no reasoning other than to ensure you live with the person you’re sitting beside. That’s pretty fucking loose reasoning. Also it is not a law yet, simply a recommendation so to have a cop question you at a table in a restaurant is pushing the limits on this police state ppl are hoping for
As I said, and has been quoted, if we are really at that stage, yea, shut everything down because that is rediculous

Yet it is legal for police to pull you over and ask you to show them your drivers license or if you had anything to drink.

Think you should watch this video. These apps often have higher prices than the actual restaurant, so if you're picking up you should just call them directly.
Don't think you are gonna be able to get this donut deal walking into the your local Timmies.

Dine-In is open now. It's like we were already prepared for COVID 5 years ago when we built the divided booths and private tatami rooms lol

I would recommend Broadway, they are currently doing discount on take-out, and I can tell the manager to hook up something for sure for RS members! Just let me know.

How is this any different from the waitress asking for your ID to check if you are old enough to drink alcohol?
It's a very quick and simple request to just pull out your wallet for 20 seconds... not really worth the hassle to refuse IMHO
... or you might become one of those people filming themselves doing things like this lol

They should have been fucking using it all along to explain the measures they were taking. Too many people have been using the excuse “oh I didn’t know” when being asked to wear a mask

I had a buddy messaging a group chat I’m in saying he could have 5 people over for the Tyson fight on Saturday. I let him know he was behind on the new rules and this guy isn’t an idiot.
I agree that people need to be spoonfed the latest info by whatever means necessary so no one can plead ignorance.

East Indian..
Their typical culture have them living with multi generations in one house.. yet, younger generations aren't taking COVID19 serious and is seen partying everywhere with 0 precaution on safety measure in pandemic.
Diwali (one of the most important East Indian holiday) didn't help in number of new cases either in recent spikes. It isn't just BC.. Yukon is hit hard by returning East Indian from Diwali party in BC carrying covid19 to the territory spreading to the community.
lol there was a guy on News 1130 yesterday, with a very thick EI accent, who was saying how he's very upset that his community is not taking covid seriously and how still too many people think they are invincible, and he's trying to get the message across but it's hard.
Is the attitude really that bad within the EI community?

Yes
But it's not just the younger gen, since they've been having house parties at home with their parents/grandparents partying too, during the lockdown even
