isn't mall security are allowed to do certain things within reason under certain circumstances...seems like he refused to leave and was getting in people's faces, without a mask...security didn't stomp a mudhole in him, they subdued him. they were actually a lot more passive then some rcmp takedowns i've seen posted on RS tbh...

what's on video they can easily act in self defense.
in his case it doesn't help he's yelling ASAP about a mask, that he was "Acting aggressive threatening the safety around him" in his manner.....Is he High on Meth?, Does he have a weapon hidden on him?.

I'm enjoying WFH life much more than I thought I would. Not having to commute 1 hour to the office and back for the majority of the office is a huge cost and time savings. I think a lot of offices are going to have some tough decisions to make when the vaccines are in full circulation.
Yes, rest of life is basically on hold though. No socializing, no travelling, no casual visits to restaurants with co-workers even, not to mention the mental toll it's taking. These are huge huge trade-off's, looking forward to some sense of normality.

Ideally, I like to work 2 days in office and 3 at home. Perfect blend of time and cost saving balanced with sanity, social interaction, and effectiveness.

I think he needs a new job, sounds like a toxic environment... I felt that way at some places before where I hated everyone I worked with and their stupid daily banter so much and it was because we were getting micromanaged to shit and peers were pitted against each other so I knew none of them were being genuine in any way... every interaction became a waste of time formality

^I also agree it really depends on the job environment and the your direct manager....
Same company, same department...
1) Manager A tells me how good I am at taking care of the clients and suppliers, always friendly and easy to approach
2) Manager B tells me I am too casual... why do I always start my email with "I hope you had a wonderful weekend" if it was a Monday, or "I hope you had a safe trip to work this morning" or that snow day we had last week". He told me to be concise, straight to the point, my emails should be no more than 1 to 2 sentances long...
So yea... lolol... just depends lolol...
I have had clients and suppliers who I became close friends with outside of work... ofc that gets congratz on ... or frowned up on.. depending on the co-worker/manager I am working with... so yea... lolol
Some people just want work to be work...and no bs....
Other people want work to be a bit more than doing the grind...and getting paid...

February is finally over. I thought last month was crazy with 47 hours of OT...

So it looks like the whole 3-day hotel quarantine has been rolled out in absolutely terrible fashion. People paying for meals up-front, and getting a slice of toast for breakfast

Ja rule was just named Canada’s minister of quarantine.
On a positive note, BC announced everyone will receive their first vaccination by July, 2 full months ahead of schedule.
