[edit] The booking link in the email is one time use, so once you're booked you can't go back onto the site to change. | I was there yesterday and they were running an hour behind. I would fully expect the same Sunday. Showing up early won't benefit you much because if someone in front of you in line has a later time slot, you'll eventually be moved ahead of them. It was Pfizer there by the way.

Just got back from VCC for wife. Her appointment was 1:15pm, got there at 1. She stood in line to check in for about 10 mins, got her shot around 1:35, sat for the requisite 15 mins and was out by 1:50.
Few things to note - line looks long but actually moved quite quickly. There was a VPD 'special constable' regularly asking people what their times were, and if they were there more than 30 mins too early they'd kick them out of the line. Just be aware showing up too early will just waste your time.

For me it was a dull ache the first night, if I move my arm some type o way, kind of like getting a lame workout in
Next morning, nothing, I did oversleep tho
Edit: got mine at poirier centre in coquitlam yesterday, appointment was for 6:30 got there at 6 there was no lineup then but we waited in the car until it was closer to 6:30 by the time we went to lineup there was a huge line around the building, but it moved fairly smoothly, by the time I got my shot it was 6:45
No hecklers, unlike when I took my mom to Surrey for hers

Got my shot today. Needle is certainly nothing to worry about. We will see if I feel shitty tomorrow, but such a feeling of relief.

we had a mini outbreak at the shop I work at. 3 guys tested positive, and we got shut down. but, now everyone remaining(who didn't get sick) gets bumped to the front of the line, and will have the same priority as first responders.

Just got my shot, south surrey. In and out in 30 mins including the 15 minute wait, pretty impressed although admittedly it was later in the evening.
What's interesting though is that even though it clearly said appointment only there were people waiting until EOD to see if they had leftovers, and organizers were promising nothing but didn't turn them away either. I did overhear my nurse say she's done for the day and had about 15 doses left om her cart.

I did overhear my nurse say she's done for the day and had about 15 doses left om her cart. | Was watching France 24 news and it's said French clinics had about 10% or less wasted doses per day, so they had changed their vax methods by refusing to open a new vial unless they have enough ppl to use up all the doses, they ask anyone who has showed up to come the next day, even if they had an appointment

signed-up today at 2:30 after getting the text message. Found a time slot for 2:40 (10 minutes later) and booked it over there. There was a short line, but the whole process took approx 45 minutes.
In the beginning of the year, I honestly didn't think I would get the first shot until august/september.
Edit: got the pfizer microchip. soreness is localized to the immediate area of the injection. Feels like a regular flu shot so far..
Day 2: no other symptoms with pfizer. everything looking fine and dandy. Looking forward to meeting up with friends and family this winter

I received Pfizer. My time was at 3:30pm but there was a decent line.
I didn't actually get my shot until 4:25pm.
The shot itself felt like nothing. Maybe the thinnest needle I've experienced from a shot.
Barely felt it and the needle was probably in there for about 1-2 seconds.
My arm was fine until around 9pm. Then I started to feel a bit of soreness. I also started to feel fatigued a bit so I took a nap, which ended up being a full sleep and now I'm awake. The upper arm is more sore than before when I took a nap, but it's bareable soreness.

Although this obviously isn't a smooth operation, everyone here is getting their shots in May which is pretty decent.
Meanwhile Japan is sitting on like 60 million doses and haven't figured out how to get them out to the masses. They've given 4 million doses out of these. And I think their 24 million doses remaining of Pfizer are set to expire in a month.
As bad as BC has been, other places are far worse.

Arms a bit sore today. I woke up last night with a chill and thought I was gonna feel shitty today, but it didn't escalate at all. Feeling basically tip top for me, which is a consistent 6/10

This was handed out after what happened at BJ so maybe its related..? Pretty easy to spread in a dealership seeing as lots of traffic especially the sales staff

Feeling real left out, just because I live in Richmond that has the lowest transmission rates doesn't mean I don't want my vaccine |
