According to the Charter:

All Canadian citizens are free to move around Canada as you wish, barring extradition orders.

I'm thinking there is some kind of line between

1)"Ticketing residents of your own province for violating Provincial Health Orders"

and

2)"Barring Albertans (Canadians) from entering another Canadian Territory (BC)"

I think 1 is constitutional, but kinda silly if you're allowing OOP travelers

and 2 is most likely the better choice during a global pandemic, but it IS slightly unconstitutional.

I didn’t say 3rd party. I signed up months ago to get my shot and heard nothing. So I signed up when they opened up the definition of frontline workers and got AZ within 3 days. Then I haven’t heard a word since. So do I have so sign up for a 3rd thing to get my second dose?

You probably don't need to sign up to get your second does but it might show when you're eligible.
