https://dailyhive.com/vancouver/bc-r...-december-2021 Welp, this makes my question about having everyone over for Xmas moot. 10 person max gatherings. |
I love how I'm seeing so many people turnup the entire year, going out, socializing and such. Now that it's Christmas, suddenly I'm seeing those same people go "let's keep it small, maybe cancel the family gatherings". :lol :lol :lol Fuck outta here, many of us hate the Christmas gatherings, and all the booked dinners during the holidays, many of us reveled the last few years of being able to skip all that crap. I find that some of us introverts are using this as a convenient "excuse" of sorts :lol I'm going to avoid posting in this topic now that Omicron has arrived, its become a virtue signaling jerkoff fest. Have your gatherings people, see your loved ones, you only get one life to live, and you've already lost a few years during this pandemic. I'll be drinking margaritas on the beach on Christmas Day -- wishing you all a Merry Christmas. |
I celebrate toyotathon though. |

Dr. Henry is also announcing a restriction of 50 percent capacity for events with 1000 or more people in attendance. Canucks owner Aquilini is gonna be pissed that he can't sell more tickets to games for his team now that the team is a winning streak. LUL https://vancouver.citynews.ca/2021/1...ring-holidays/ Venues with capacities of 1,000 or more will be limited to 50 per cent attendance At-home gatherings are limited to one household plus 10 others, or one other household The vaccine card will be required at all events -- even those with fewer than 50 people |

She's a nurse @ VGH, so she has to come back. We're staying in Yelapa, a small beach village south of PV for 4 nights, then heading to our Airbnb in downtown Puerto Vallarta (near old town) for the remaining 2.5 weeks. No real plans, 3 weeks will fly by to be honest. We'll check out a bunch of restaurants (PV is great for that), rent a scooter for a week and check out the local beaches, rent a car for another week and head up north. Planning to drive to Sayulita and Tequila as well. Other than that, a couple boat trips/fishing, and I have a tattoo artist down there in town who is going to do some work on my leg (near the end of the trip). It'll be neat to check out the bars and malecon on New Years Eve, they do some pretty big firework shows for it, so hoping COVID doesn't put a damper on that portion. |
Fuck that. Weve been following the rules to the letter for almost two years. My entire family is double vaxxed. They can suck a fat cock this time. I’m done Edit: this is only going to punish the people who have been following the rules this whole time. The people who haven’t obeyed are going to continue to do so |
Meh, as long as my hockey isn't cancelled, I'm good. |
Yeah I have a big extended family, we traditionally get together for Christmas Eves & Easter sundays. We obviously missed those in 2020 and Easter 2021. I lost one of my Aunts in early April (cancer) and Christmas 2020 would have been the last chance to see her before she went. It was supposed to be re-started this year, everyone is fully vaccinated, I'm not missing it. Especially if people are still able to fly in/out of this country. |
^ that Christmas dinner better be good and not like this https://www.revscene.net/forums/2564...as-dinner.html  |

Cute how the capacity restrictions are enforced after 4pm Hockey Night in Canada potential game of the year for Canucks We don’t report Friday numbers until Monday though so don’t worry, you’ll be safe. I’m not saying Bonnie is orchestrating things by any means but it’s just funny how things work out |

Honestly wish we go Austria style and lockdown unvaccinated. |
The reinstating pcr tests for short cross border trips is just silly |

So insanity is quoting a supposed quote from Albert Einstein over and over again, that isn't really his quote? |
