All Seattle schools closed till after spring break. Three schools in the Lower Mainland are closed. Two out of the three are private schools. I'd figure public schools would be hit the hardest.

I put on surgical gloves when at the casino. Lady at the casino restaurant says, "You need mask, not gloves." I tell her masks are not as effective as keeping your hands and fingers clean from shit on the slot machine buttons. I use the hand sanitizers on the gloves before taking them off when done. I am in the live event industry. The next two month is supposed to conference season.
Currently everything is either cancelled/ reschedule or pending cancellation.

Hourly workers are kind of screw at this point. This industry employs a lot of people and peripheral small businesses. This is going cause a ripple effect on the entire economy.

It’s looking pretty bad right now. But having said that. Having been in the industry for a long time. I do not believe there will be a significant “paradigm shift” as predicted by a lot of people.

Technology like VR and video conference have been in heavy usage for many many years now. Actual conferences will not come to and end. This is an industry that have survive 9/11, SARS and it will survive this.

Yeah unfortunately because of the asymptomatic incubation period the moment ONE single player has it, by the time we see symptoms it's been spread exponentially.

Assuming a 5 day period as the researchers say it's usually between 5 to 14 days.

Jazz played Celtics, Pistons then Raptors in the past 5 days. If it's closer to 14 then of course, WAY more exposure.
