3D Printing Wheel Parts

I was lucky enough to score a relatively clean set of first generation Rays Volk Racing Group A-V wheels a few months ago, to use on my ES300. I'd like to get them fully restored, faces off, new hardware etc. however there's something that's keeping me from doing it.

Here's what they look like (not my exact set):

Note that the centre caps are a two-piece design, much like most of the Volk Racing wheels of that era, with the screw-on centre cap resting on top of a donut-like ring that covers the lug nuts. That lug nut cover donut piece is what I'm missing, and seeing as the wheels are from the late 80s, the chances of finding those pieces are going to be incredibly challenging, especially since I'm not in Japan.

Without knowing the actual dimensions of that piece, anyone know of any kind of local establishment that could mock something up from 3D scanning the centre cap area, and get it 3D printed?
