2021 Toyota Sienna https://www.cnet.com/roadshow/news/2...nivan-details/ The Sienna will be hybrid only starting in 2021, but the 243-hp powertrain is a version of Toyota's Hybrid System II, which has been around since 2016.:notbad: https://cnet2.cbsistatic.com/img/7_o...inivan-110.jpg https://cnet2.cbsistatic.com/img/92d...inivan-128.jpg https://cnet2.cbsistatic.com/img/YUH...inivan-116.jpg |
I couldn’t possibly be less excited |
new Venza based on the Harrier aka JDM RX looking not bad https://s3-prod.autonews.com/s3fs-pu...A-MAIN_i_0.jpg |
No PHEV version = no interest here The majorly disappointing thing is, Toyota has indicated that this upcoming version of the Sienna is designed with PHEV in mind. I can easily come up with a few different guesses on why no PHEV version is released at the inital launch, but the end result is the same -- disappointing. :( |
yea.... pretty much everyone i talk to is waiting for the "prime", self included... so.... another 2 to 3 years then..... but yea, i like the look, will check out once in showrooms and after this whole covid19 shit... |

The Venza is a pleasant surprise. JDM Harrier? Hell yeah. These two announcements are more exciting than seeing another special edition 86 or BRZ. |
There is a hybrid PHEV Minivan - Chrysler Pacifica. Awarded AJAC best EV in Canada for 2020. https://www.chrysler.ca/en/pacificahybrid https://medias.fcacanada.ca//specs/c...-1242x1085.jpg |
^ call me bias... but... yea.. lol gonna stick with Prius-enna... cuz you know... imma fan boi |
I love the Pacifica, it's actually a really good van. Just some reliability concerns but if you lease one you should be fine. As for the Sienna, it's a good move from Toyota to make it all hybrid. I'm sure it sell well with the AWD system, it's proven to work well in the Rav4. The only thing is if they'll have stock. If you're in the market for a rav4 hybrid, it's very hard to get and there's a long waitlist. Sooner or later I'm sure they'll make a prime version similar to the Rav4 and give it more power and better economy. |

Good to see the Sienna's heading in this direction though. |
I think it's pretty cool, I wish the Alphard is here though. |
