I'm personally not a huge fan of ANC. The Sony ones are alright but I have Sennheiser ones as well which gives me motion sickness. It feels like I am underwater. I also have some Audio Technica BT ANC buds. They don't work as well though, and probably because they aren't as high end, more of a mid tier bud.

I prefer just using IEMs with foam tips. Blocking makes more sense to me than ANC.

Works out to 0.140 / lb. USD.

Also, no rice cooker. All gone.
$2.79 for 20 lbs of ice?

God damn we get ripped off HARD for bags of ice here in Vancouver. Whether gas station or grocery store, the general price is now about $4.00 for a little bag of ice.

Costco hot dog. Onions, Bick's Gourmet Sweet Corn Relish, and Maille Dijon Moutard. Once in a while to change things up, Trader Joe's Cowboy Caviar.

Oh yeah, Cape Cod Kettle Chips on the side. They happen to be on sale at US Costco.

US Costco, I believe. Could be available here, too. Never seen it at Willingdon or Brighton Ave.

Saw it at both Willingdon and Brighton. It's not always available.

Awww boo… I wanna try it. Looks quite good.

Apparently there’s a new ready made sirloin steak too. Might be USA only. Old man if you see it in Bellingham plz let us know.

IIRC, Richmond, Langley, and Surrey all have them. At least when I used to get them, I could get them in all 3 locations.

They are usually next to the rotisserie chicken. In the fridge section where cocktail shrimp, salmon (with the green sauce thing).

It's in the chest fridges at the end, all the way to the left if you are looking at the meat department.

Richmond Hill had it the other day. Has anyone tried it and is it good or better to just make it yourself?

Spoiler!

Okay, now I have to check them out. Better than Korean places like H Mart or Kim's Mart?

It's stronger in taste (both sweeter and saltier than DIY or Korean place).

Goes decent with rice or something to deal with the stronger taste.

I used to get them and separate them into portion bags, vacuum-seal and freeze them. Take out a pack and quick stir-fried and you got the protein portion for dinner done.

It's convenient. But ever since I got my own meat slicer, I just do my own bulgogi with sauce from H-Mart.

That sounds just like their marinaded beef short ribs. A bit too salty for Asian sensibilities

Aren’t the Maui ribs from Costco like Maple honey or somthing?

Never found them very salty other than the obvious salt flavours that come with such a fatty cut

^do you add salt to your food (like from the salt shaker)? if so then i doubt you find them salty. I dont know any asian person who adds additional salt to their food. Salt shakers are usually nonexistent in their households.
