It's Badhobz vs. PeanutButter @ Costco!

I guess it must have been the third party sushi. I was pretty surprised because costco has never let me down in any regard. The sushi was my biggest let down ever. Actually, it was the only thing that Costco has let me down in.

I use those baby wipes for my dogs ! They are better than the Huggies cuz they don’t leave any of those little flakes behind. Although they are often not wet enough but that’s the same as Huggies.
What’s wrong with their tissue / toilet paper !?

The Kirkland toilet paper is way better than the ones out east. Definitely made by different suppliers.

Speaking of Kirkland products. I find the Kirkland kitchen paper towels to be crappy compared to the Bounty brand.
Bounty was much more absorbent and didn't tear apart as easily.
I always get at least two bundles of Bounty when it comes on sale.

^hmmm. I always get the Kirkland paper towels because i'm too cheap to buy the Bounty brand. Maybe I'll have to try Bounty next time to compare and then run a cost analysis lol
I like to wipe down my washroom countertop daily and it takes on average four to five costco paper towels to do it. It's a large vanity with double sinks.
Thinking about it, maybe I should just be using a reusable cloth..

yeah it makes zero sense to do cost analysis on paper towels when you use them to clean your vanity countertop with them every day lol. use a swedish towel or a microfiber instead.

Thinking about it, maybe I should just be using a reusable cloth.. | Kirkland PT goes on sale less often, at least from my own observation. Bounty goes on sale every other month. My usual method is just buy 2 packs whenever I see it on sale (usually $6 off). And more likely than not, they'd last me until the next sale. And if I know for a fact that I still more than a pack, I get 1 instead of 2. Same thing goes with Charmin and tissues. So I always have a pack or two of these papers at any time. And I don't remember the last time I paid full price for them.

- yes.. time you spend in store in true, but then there are those who just goes and spend nothing and walk out.
- not sure if they care where you're going...
they only sushi that's good is the one in downtown which was made by "jap sushi makers from japan" was what i heard.

Of course they want to know where you’re going in the store.
They square up the receipt and payment with your scan in, they know essentially exactly which aisles you’ve been in and what’s moving and what isn’t.
In regards to the Charmin TP and Paper towel, even when it’s on sale it’s still not a better deal than the Kirkland brand. 2 minutes of basic math shows you you’re getting substantially more sheets per dollar for the Kirkland ones.
I think last time the charmin was on sale I went there thinking oh, it’s on sale time to buy, the paper towel I think you were getting like 30% more at the regular Kirkland price VS the on sale Charmin

Of all the things to go cheap on it wouldn't be sushi from Costco
You're eating raw fish, if I'm taking that risk I'd much rather pay a bit of a premium and get it from somewhere fresh and done right.

i thought in canada there are regulations for sushi fish that it needs to be frozen to a certain criteria to ensure bacteria etc is killed off
if that's the case, then isn't it a matter of like any other food if it's fresh and hasn't gone bad yet or not?

Team Charmin for TP, Team Bounty for PT, and Team Kleenex for Tissue Paper. These 3 are pretty non negotiables in my household lol. The only one I won't be mad about having to use a different brand is Kirkland PT because I know in my household we're absolutely just terrible at using PT and it's often to just do some easy wiping. I do have some swedish towels and from time to time I have tried using it more but then I get lazy which is on me.

It's impossible to be Team Kleenex right now unless you're smuggling that shit in from the states.
Kleenex doesn't sell in Canada anymore. That brand is dead!

I bought a box from Seattle last time I was there, but it's ridiculous if I have to gray market them up every year.
