Stuff like that is something I figure is better than just eating the straight garbage version because at least you’re getting protein and the calories aren’t too bad
I don’t think anyone is fooling themselves into eating pre-made pancakes and thinking they are health food lol
It’s like these stupid “health” instagram posts “bro did you know there’s 900 calories in this venti birthday cake shake?!?!” Like yea no shit it’s a fucking milkshake lol

Maybe this is why you are having a tough time in the weight loss accountability thread | Hey shaddup. I ain’t listening to some male model about nutrition. I’d only listen if you were at one point 400lbs and now you’re 200lbs. Otherwise you genetically gifted retards can all shut the hell up

Costco sells Banana Republic branded stuff and Robert Graham dress shirts for less than $30. You can't buy 100% merino wool sweaters for less than 30 bucks anywhere these days besides Costco.

Speaking of less unhealthy junk food, the Kirkland Lightly Breaded Chicken Breast Chunks are legit and have actually decent macros https://sameday.costco.ca/store/cost...ducts/63517251
Dipped in a homemade Greek yogurt ranch dressing, perfect bulking snack.

since we're talking about heathy snacks. does anyone pay attention to the ingredients?
enriched wheat flour is in everything, same with the canola/soybean oils. then all the shit you can't pronounce.
it's very tough to buy anything these days that doesn't have this stuff other than the raw ingredients to make something.

If given the choice (e.g. chinese noodles) I usually opt for rice-based carbs (rice noodles 'fun' vs flour noodles 'mein') i just feel less bloaty (might be completely psychosomatic but regardless it works for me).
But if I am craving bread, pasta, or pizza I don't go out of my way to get a gluten free version or some shit.

The "fun" vs "mein" thing has a lot to do with how your body reacts and less the actual ingredients. My mom reacts poorly to "fun" and usually avoids it because it makes her bloat.

im definitely trying to cut down on using cooking oil in general. when i used to use 2T now i use maybe 2t, so about 1/3rd. makes cooking stuff a bit harder and probably less flavour, but thats a sacrifice im willing to make when it comes to home cooking. doesn't have to taste restaurant grade. plus i drown half my food in msg hot sauce anyway like LGM. also trying to cut down on that... excess oil, salt, etc..

Yea I bought that 3 pack of all-clad non stick skillets because I wanted to use less oil
Have all full stainless all-clad otherwise which I’ve learned over time to use less oil, but cooking with little to no oil with stainless is virtually impossible.
Highly recommend that 3 pack of all clad when they are around. Amazing deal for $70

Amazing deal for $70 | you mean this but it comes around for $70? seems really good. must be some sort of lower grade all clad since they are usually at least $100 each? still must be 10x better than the shitty ikea non stick i bought because i liked the size. food stuck to it pretty much the first time i used it. https://www.costco.ca/all-clad-hard-...000226915.html |

It's nowhere near the real All-clad stuff, but like you said, it is better than the Ikea stuff. I'm on my second set because the first one lost its coating in a matter of weeks, so keep an eye out for that.

Yea like obviously it isn’t on the level of their D3 shit or whatever my sauce pan costs as much as 4 sets of those. But apparently some people dug a bit deeper into the non stick ones on Reddit etc. and the build quality and thickness is actually quite good for the price

Even if you bought just qty of one (from winners) it was 34.99 so this was a steal.

I got the same 3 piece. It’s very very good. Super non stick.
Only downside is the big pan is heavy as fuck. Like China man wok heavy so midget spy can’t use it. That’s okay, she doesn’t cook anyways

I have had all-clad before. The rivets that hold the handle are not non stick so stuff sticks to them all the time. Westopher gave some good advice. Buy what ever is cheap/onsale use them till the non stick fails (it always fails at some point) chuck em and buy new ones.
