Ring indoor security drone https://www.theverge.com/2020/9/24/2...eatures-amazon Quote:
I can see parents using this to spy on there kids when they are not at home. |
I can see pets ripping this to shit Seems more like a test product to eventually assist then ultimately replace security guards |
Nope, it will never work for kids, they'll just close the door and its game over. Tried to have a voice + camera for pets.. and when you yell at them.. they just forever never go near the camera.... they are smart I tell you! |
my dog would love to chase this device for hours....:fuckyea: |
Thats going to be a hard pass for me. Don't even want the listening devices in the home, let alone a freaking camera that can hover and fly around the home. |
I can only see this being useful if your out of your home for an extended period of time. |

I wonder if insurance companies would accept this as having someone check on your property while you're away. It'd save a lot of hassle to be able to have a quick bomb around the place with this. |
Don't expect these to be stealthy, drones are LOUD |
Fuck Ring. They give unrestricted streaming access to police departments, even when the police have no cause to be streaming your cameras. The last thing I want is the police inspecting my home because someone is bored and curious and wants to catch me boning La Bastarda. |

^ during fight with gf / bf... *alexa, can you please play last 10 conversations where the bitch / dickhead over promised and under delivered..." |
If it's anything like the fucking piece of shit Ring Doorbell, this drone thing will probably catch on fire and burn the whole place down. |
