Motte brings a lot of value to the bottom 6. He is an intelligent player that gives his best effort every night kind of like a burrows. You may not always get those breaks but you try to be always hard to play against

I totally forgot about the game today, probably because its an early one.
Just looked at the numbers, god damn. 43SOG. !!! I guess things didn't change from last year. Good thing Demko did well tonight and we were playing Ottawa.

we've been guilty of giving up too many shots for a long time now. they talked about it all throughout the playoffs as well as before we even got there (on radio a lot).

Myers has been ok, having to play a bigger role than expected. Virtanen has been a ghost - I hear his name once a game. Usually for a penalty.

Aside from the first period yesterday this series has been highly entertaining! For me at least...
Canucks looking like they're on a power play half the time is fun, watching Hoagie tear it up all over the place, Pettersson figuring his shit out, JT smashing his stick and yelling FUCK ME! loudly, only to go and score 3 points the next day
It's more fun than getting shit on by the Habs for 3 days straight that's for sure | |
