i have some hip issues that cause me to stand a bit crooked due to tightness on one side. makes one leg seem shorter. seen several physios but i've only had limited improvements. i only want to see older physios that have seen some shit, not the young kids that are fresh out of australian physio school and only know common sports injuries. anyone know anyone? had a really good one out in north van but i feel like that's too far now with where i live. prefer to be going no further than bby and as far as langley.

I had lower back pain as one hip was more elevated than the other. I learned that I wasn't activating my glutes properly when I was walking and standing. Once I had the mind muscle connection on how to use my glutes it helped me significantly.

He is a hand-on older guy -- probably in his early 60's now? And he was very, very good. But some people do not like his bedside manners, and others to not like his treatment methods where he could cause so much instant muscular pain while he is treating you that patients would literally cry out loud, both in voice and in tears.
But for me, I think my problem is -- my gait happens in such a way that eventually, I'll throw my hip off again, and I just can't seem to get my stubborn mind to change the way I walk. |

720, 999 W Broadway 7th Floor, Vancouver, BC V5Z 1K5, Hennessey.
I have lower back issues due to glute issues, he is able to temporarily fix it when i go in. (I need to work on my ass muscles for permanent solution)
Also used this guy years ago: 2615 St Johns St #201, Port Moody, BC V3H 2B5, Grewal.
Dislocated my first rib doing human flag, he snapped me back into place, otherwise i might have been disabled for life. Along with other upper body injuries that he sorted.
Both guys are younger tho, i would say they are 40

I had similar misaligned hips issue which she fixed, and she told me I had that issue where glutes don't fire that Sonick talked about. I've been seeing Diane for almost 10 years. Though keep in mind she's extremely hard to book.

Anyone know a junk removal person? How much does it usually cost? I see a bunch of posts on FB. I’m looking to clear up some space in my garage. Thanks!

Hit up E40-six(sp?). Rented a huge junk bin from him a couple years ago and he was good to deal with and price seemed reasonable though I didn't shop around much.

nowadays a plumber charges like $400 to show up to your house and unclog your pipes which takes less than 30m. i don't think $300 is unreasonable at all to clean gutters.

Why clean them now? It’s just about to shit down leaves for 2 months. I’d wait until everything falls down to get them cleaned otherwise they are just gonna be filled again right after

Depending how dirty your gutters are the first initial cleaning might take longer but the annual upkeep takes 30mins.

I used to kill two birds with one stone and clean the gutters when I put up the christmas lights. Worked out pretty well. But since I put the new gutters with the alu-rex guards on two years ago that's a job I no longer need to do.

Does anyone have a landscaper referral?
I've tried 3 and all three are flakes.
Need a fig tree pruned and need some weed killer & hardscape sprayed in the spring/summer months.

Anyone have any recommendations for junk removal?
Preferably somebody who will come into your house and just haul shit away. Would potentially consider one where they leave a pod and you just fill it up although that would involved a ton of heavy lifting on our part and I don't know if my father in law is up for it.

Replacing cartridge is so simple. I did mine following a YouTube vid. Very little to go wrong as it really only goes in one way.
But if you need, I used envision plumbing and they were great and honest on pricing.

As Hehe said, if your faucet is a Moen or that line, the cartridge itself basically comes with DIY instructions
I recently replaced two for a friend at his cabin and it’s like a 5 step process, very simple if you have any ability with a screw driver

We used Paul and found him to be a real solid guy. He's still pretty new so doesn't know everything (like he wasn't very familiar with our Navien) but for most things he'll do just fine. Honest guy, reasonable prices.
Way better service than Pioneer Plumbing even if Pioneer is a lot more experienced.
