At a minimum, I am certainly not willing to put my name down to vouch for this stucco contact since I can't say I know him well -- he did a repair for me, and to my layman eyes, the outcome looks good right now, 1 week after the repairs are done. That is all I can say at this point.
I will say though, that out of the 6 or 7 places that I called, he was one of the 2 that called me back, and he was the only one that was willing to come take a look at what needs to be repaired. As I felt like it was kind of important to get the wall fixed up before the rainy season starts again, I took a leap of faith and went with him. It was very fortunate that the results turned out as good as it did.

^ My parents place is entirely stucco and below the front patio/above the garage is starting to swell up in a couple spots from water damage problems, doesn't look good (cosmetically or structurally)... would be interested in the contact to pass on to my dad!

Power washing everything from roof to sidewalk.
Then painted everything except the vinyl window trim. It was a full colour change, from a light colour to a dark one. Exterior stucco, downspouts, facia board, metal awning, stairs, railings, doors. Used Resilience and Super Paint by Sherwin Williams.

Anyone know a good plumber who services Navien on demand systems? The guy who installed mine is a piece of shit and won't address the problem I'm having with it (it makes a very loud whining sound every time hot water is demanded).

Any RS'ers hvac/AC guys?
Our AC isn't blowing a strong air and is not as cool as before.
Our guy who installed is "coming tomorrow" for about 6 months.

The squealing/whining sound only occurs when hot water is demanded and not when the heat is running. It didn't start this way (10 months ago) and has gotten progressively worse over time - I can hear it upstairs and even outside now. It goes away after the water has been running for 30-60 seconds. I'm still under new home warranty and the builder is a good guy, it's just his plumber is a shithead and takes forever to resolve issues so I'd rather just pay someone reliable to come diagnose and fix it. I find that Navien isn't as popular here in the East Coast. They are known to have issues and installation is (apparently) a lot more work and often have problems post install. A lot of plumbers refused to offer it when I inquired last year. This is all anecdotal evidence based on interactions with colleagues and plumbers where I requested a quote as I am not a plumber and don't know anyone who has one other than yourself lol
FWIW, I have a Rinnai unit.

This one, I think, falls under "not bad" - the tidy setups I've seen usually are in spaces with a lot of room to setup. This one doesn't seem worse than most of the other new builds I've seen.

I have a Rinnai unit and it's located in the utility room on the ground floor of our place.
1. No noise at all. My furnace and laundry machine are louder.
2. So far, we are very happy with it. No issues other than having to wait for up to a minute for the water to heat up when it isn't warmed up, but that is with most tankless systems.
3. We're happy about the real estate it has freed up in the utility room. Makes for maintenance on our furnace and water softener system a LOT easier.
Would I recommend it? Yes. But you have to consider your circumstances, financials, long term plans, who your contractor will be, and the "gotcha" moments to make a tankless system worthwhile.
