I'm hyped, but WB Games is out of their minds if they think I'll spend $80 on a co-op game. I paid less for L4D 1+2, combined. I do like that the outbreak started in Quebec City, of all places
I played a few recent games of L4D2, and it's a zombie survival masterpiece. The AI director keeps the adrenaline levels high. My hype for B4B is waning. The gameplay footage I've seen isn't very impressive, and the cards seem to add unneeded complexity. Still, I look forward to the reviews at release time.
I went back to watch the intro/preview video for L4D2, and it still impresses.
^ Did you play the beta recently? Hopefully there will be custom community maps like L4D2 had. Although definitely won't be getting it until it drops from its $79.99 starting price.
