Money's a funny thing. If you don't enjoy your money and have a shitload sitting in your bank, you're just as poor as the guy that cant enjoy himself because he's broke. Life's about the balance. Have enough not to be stressed all the time, spend enough not to be stressed all the time.

Homes are why everyone is poor here, even though people are tricking themselves into thinking their 1 million dollar condo made them rich. 100k in cars is a fucking nice stable but it isn’t fuck all for taking a chunk out of a home price.

To be honest that’s why I choose to rent. (That is, “choose”). You only live once. I work hard for my money and god damn I’m going to enjoy it. It might be short sighted but we could die next week. I’d like to know I didn’t waste my one life
I agree that finding a balance is key. Cars take up about 75% of my brain, but typically only 15% of my money. Lately that ratio has been a bit more even, not necessarily a good thing, but totally a fun thing. I just got my new Honda Acty Street registered and insured yesterday:

So much this. I'm careful with money, except if I want a toy and I can easily afford it, i'm going to buy it. There's this analogy I always like that says those timers that have sand that flows between two chambers is like life, the top one is time/health, and the bottom one is money. As the money fills up, the time/health depletes. No point in having millions in the bank when you're 75 and can't travel, can't really enjoy nice cars, or really anything...
I've seen a lot of old people try to travel the world, or buy a 700hp hellcat in their 70's and not enjoy any of it because they're too old, tell me they wish they did this 30 years ago.
I can see why it is a restriction before your full class 6 license, honestly cant see shit even going at 60kph (well, just alot less time to react to manhole covers and what not).
Hehe, but just going slow, in low traffic at night is an experience for sure!
and finally a pic of me riding the bike loool (yea, wifey wouldnt do it, said I looked like a dork LOL)
Oh shit, you are Raymond's buddy. Him and I spent a lot of time looking at different bikes you were going to get lol. Congrats on the bike!
