If you enhance the reflection on the front bumper, the garage door appears to be pretty far away from the car. So its probably a tandem garage below a TH unit, with a window either to a backyard or common walkway.

If only people would just stop replying to his posts then I wouldn’t have to read them at all.

It’s irresistible at times though. I can’t drive by a trainwreck without looking at it.

That's what I envisioned before I moved in to my place. Then I realized I just simply had too many things to store to keep a clean look like that.

Also, I'm clumsy and would spill liquid while working on the car, so that's probably a bitch to clean if I had that kind of floor.

I think those are supposed to drain if you hose it down. I don't want to try and pickup a washer that fell through though.

^This. Its a townhouse with a tandem garage. The window and door lead to a small backyard.

The tiles have channeling to allow for water to drain out. Luckily, I haven't dropped a washer in between yet but you can easily lift up one tile with a flathead and then snap it back in place after.

It's from a company called Swisstrax. They're interlocking tiles that you just snap in place. There is some cutting required for the edges and bends since every garage isn't a perfect square. The tiles come in a wide variety of colours, so you can design the layout however you like. I went with these over epoxy because of the following:

- Durability. You can replace any tile if you wreck it, vs having to re-epoxy your entire floor to fix it.

- Price. It was about half the price of all the epoxy quotes I received.

- No strata approval required. And if I move again, I can pack up the tiles and use it in the next garage.

I think the only issue with those tiles is that you can't run a jack on them. The plastic isn't strong enough and the metal wheels will crush the plastic.

It’s not unfathomable to put a piece of plywood underneath it.
I know I know. We aren’t all engineers here.

So like $1k?

When you hose it down, do the channels keep the water from touching the drywall?
