How to buy using Papal

Just curious on how one should go about buying products privately from others using Paypal?

1. Best way to send money with minimal fees
2. Protection from Scammers

I've always been one to buy from retailers, but unfortunately this is not always the case. And just have to buy from others private.

Pay the service fee for goods and services, don’t send as a gift.

Also pay with credit card linked to your paypal account. Two layers of protection.

And first and foremost as cdizzle mentions, never send as friends and family as your recourse then = zero.

PayPal has saved my ass a few times from shitty sellers. They're way better than dealing directly with my CC company, yay for double protection.
