Those 2020+ JCW Clubman / Countryman are pretty decent as well - they pack 300hp from the X2 / 2GC M35i and with a posh interior but without the pretension that a BMW brings.

Feat. Traum

It was a VERY eventful day packed with brown pants moment, setting a PB, and lots of learning experiences. My write-up is in the HPDE thread.

It cruises between 120km/h-140km/h quite easily, some of the hills were a little bit challenging when I got blocked and couldn't maintain my momentum but it would still do 85km/h up the larger hills. The turbo diesel 1KZTE 3.0L is pretty decent engine, I know there are a few lil mods like an EGR block off plate I can do in the future to increase the power as well.

Are you WOT for 2 minutes to go up larger hills? I imagine that causes engines to blow up lol

I would say at this stage in life its almost subconscious for me to monitor and know if I'm pushing a car too hard. WOT is not something that equates to blowing an engine. Did I stand on the gas pedal going up some of the hills? Sure, but at no point was I pushing the engine too hard or did my temps ever go up.
