Thank you!

I was dead tired trying to watch the quali and figuring out where everyone slotted in

StylinRed 09-11-2022 06:56 AM

Wow sky and all these fans are such hypocrites, basically same circumstances as end of Abu Dhabi, but this time the race ends under the SC and now everyone is like "we should end on racing!" :lol

De Vries had a great showing!

Max can win the WDC in the next race at Singapore

Great68 09-11-2022 07:10 AM

Today's race kind of illustrates why I never understood and laughed at the "Ferrari has the fastest car" comments this season.

Ferrari had nothing on the Red Bull's pace today.

FN-2199 09-11-2022 10:07 AM

De Vries was amazing today!

lol @ Latifi

So far this season we've seen the tracks with more straights the RB has the pace. With more turns, it leans slightly towards Ferrari

Also as a Sainz fan the last few races have been :okay:

Nice to see Kimi in the paddock

Spoon 09-11-2022 05:35 PM

Historical average for converting pole to wins is around 40%. Leclerc is close at 37.5%, so it's definitely not the strategy team.

The Producer 09-12-2022 10:08 AM

fastest car is winning the races as expected

RB hasn't caught in bad luck in awhile. i mean a wheel gun could change things but it hasn't happened.

finishing under yellow sucks

EDIT: forgot about praising de vries. awesome debut.

i wish I could pull for a canadian driver - but they're both such clowns. latifi needs to step away.

Teriyaki 09-12-2022 10:15 AM

They did not do Moto Racing this time around.

SkinnyPupp 09-12-2022 09:05 PM

Of course the fans and drivers would all have wanted a red flag and restart... But since everything has to go RB's way, that was never going to happen Kappa

inv4zn 09-12-2022 09:24 PM

Wonder what it feels like to be 21st in a competition of 20...lol

3 US races + Canada + Mexico. That's a lot of North America presence.

They're huge in the US especially with that big ESPN TV deal

They do big ratings, despite playing at weird times of day

Great68 09-20-2022 04:07 PM

Liberty has definitely accomplished their goal of increasing the popularity of F1 in the USA, and I think F1 is all the better for it.

24 races next year is awesome! I can't believe there are people out there saying that's too many races and 20 races should be max. How does someone call themselves a racing fan, yet want LESS RACING?

StylinRed 09-21-2022 03:42 PM

I preferred the sub 16 race seasons we had in the 90s/00s actually, but that's bcuz back then we had to get up at like 4am to watch a race :lol now with races set to a North American friendly hour of like 7am the races aren't so bad to catch

But I can understand ppl being exhausted with trying to keep up with all the races, not just the fans, but the actual crew/staff of the F1 community

I like a lot of races because you don't have to catch every one if the timing doesn't work out. For me I've skipped races that were spoiled for me. And let's face it, not all races are super exciting.

What a mess of a race!

Bought tickets for next year tho :lol

I didn't know about the concert headliners this time around, would've been cool, it was a 90s hit makers, TLC, Green Day, Black Eyed Peas, Westlife, etc, n a couple newer guys like Marshmello and Kid Laroi

Eff-1 10-03-2022 01:51 PM

What a coincidence this video about F1 events just came out!

https://www.facebook.com/wtf1officia...0418835049865/

I don't know if I can see myself making it to an F1 event anytime soon. I hate crowds and long lines relative to the high ticket prices.

TypeRNammer 10-03-2022 02:10 PM

Wow Monza looks like an absolute shit show.

Great68 10-03-2022 03:13 PM

I went to the Montreal GP in 2012 and that seemed well organized, had no real issues other than it did take some time to leave the venue after the race on Sunday.

sonick 10-03-2022 03:28 PM

I am sure the F1 crowd in 2012 is far different than the current one with the attention its gotten via Drive to Survive.
