Front end really bouncing around in that vid. Something you don’t usually see

TypeRNammer 02-23-2022 09:09 AM

Here's all the cars in motion

Every single one of them looks good!

Except the Haas.....

snowball 02-23-2022 12:15 PM

that front wing lol, not sure if im watching F1 or Dakar right now

StylinRed 02-23-2022 12:31 PM

The cars look good! But also get the feel that there either won't be tight battles, or we're going to see a lot of bits of CF flying off :lol

StylinRed 02-23-2022 02:10 PM

Looks like F1 is taking Sochi off the calendar and putting Turkey in its place

Official ticketing page has dropped sochi https://tickets.formula1.com/en

And while Turkey isn't up there yet, there is a turkey 2022 page https://tickets.formula1.com/en/f1-53328-turkey

Going to grab tickets to that one if available

Hondaracer 02-23-2022 06:21 PM

Man I think I like the Ferrari #2 behind the AM now. Looks pretty fucking sick! I love that Ferrari is the team that came up with those side swoops

Great68 02-24-2022 02:59 PM

So HAAS is removing all Uralkali branding from their stuff.

Wonder if it'll be permanent, or just until all blows over.

I heard it was only for testing, I think it may be a permanent decision beyond their control however, if sanctions against Russian companies operating internationally becomes a thing.

nabs 02-25-2022 10:12 AM

So Russian GP is now confirmed cancelled by F1.

Great68 02-25-2022 11:02 AM

Good.

inv4zn 02-25-2022 01:21 PM

Rumours are Haas will officially drop Uralkali, and perhaps even Mazepin.

Gio/Fitipaldi front runners for seat, but Gunther wants Hulkenberg back lol.

Eff-1 02-25-2022 04:34 PM

I have a hunch (but never looked into it) that Mazepin's dad is one of Putin's rich cronies, so yeah I think if he gets dropped that's a massive statement.

It's absolutely true. Dmitry Mazepin (Nikita's Dad) is the majority shareholder of Uralchem (largest producer of Ammonium Nitrate and other fertilizers in Russia.

In the meanwhile waiting for Drive to Survive, Sky Sports has recently released a documentary on Verstappen vs. Hamilton

It's a UK exclusive though, here's the trailer

And here's part 1 and 2 of the full documentary, I just started watching it, be aware the links are NSFW due to pop up ads.

Credit goes to Reddit, had to dig up the links.

Another docu-series that's aired in Australia

This is the trailer to it.

Hopefully I'll find some links to it, just don't have time at the moment

m night shyamalan twist!

EvoFire 03-09-2022 01:06 PM

I had thought Fittipaldi was gonna be a sure thing. Who would have thought they'd go back to Kmag. Does Kmag have sponsorship money following him?

HonestTea 03-09-2022 01:34 PM

What a roller-coaster ride! First it was Fittipaldi, then The Hulk was all but 'confirmed' and now it's KMAG!

I watched the briefing and they mainly said they wanted Mag back because they needed an experienced driver to build the car with etc.
