According to Norris, their pace was specific to the track. Hopefully he was only downplaying expectations.

it's good to see Merc has found more pace but they are still a second off the leaders.

Saw the video of Seb riding the scooter around, I think these guys are just acting out on purpose now for the show… these worlds get ruined when they’re “reality” shows and everyone assumes everyone they’re watching is acting normal despite there being camera crews all around them and they know what has been picked out for the Netflix show in precious seasons.

I don’t want F1 drivers to turn into actors instead of F1 drivers.

You see, there’s a rule that states no one can enter the track in the five-minute period after the end of a session “with the exception of specifically identified personnel”.

Seb was deemed not to be such a person, and has now been given a €5,000 fine for *checks notes* riding slowly around an empty track on a motorcycle. Because F1.

5000 Euros fine.

Pretty pathetic fine from F1 if you ask me.

They didn't have any issues last year and the PU is basically the same since they used their 2022 spec engine last year. Maybe they've been letting Max drive at level 11 but it's only race #3
