Problem is that leaves the most extremists left over...
Perhaps naïve of me to think of this but I expected her followers to "do whatever it takes" to save her but instead, they just let the police take her away and send a Tweet. Every man for himself, I suppose.
The words terrorist and nazi are just thrown around as frivolously as could be these days. At the end of the day it definitely diminishes the actual meaning and takes away from the impact when you just call some fat white guy waving a Canadian flag a nazi

I think it’s a heavy word, but it does fit the definition.
a person who uses unlawful violence and intimidation, especially against civilians, in the pursuit of political aims.
There hasn’t been real violence of note, but there were legitimate threats made in many of these instances. I think peoples idea of the word is more extreme because of how it’s presented since 9/11 everyone associates it with suicide bombers and planes flying into buildings.

It’s pretty borderline.. when I think of Domestic terrorism Timothy Mcveigh and people of his like are what come to mind. By definition sure but I think to mikes point they are moreso misguided morons than terrorists. There may be factions within the groups like the ones at the couts crossing that have motives to hurt people, them sure. But I think most people in this group are just ignorant assholes who think the world did them bad
I think those people who just attacked that coastal gas link camp fall much closer under the terrorist title than most of the people in Ottawa
