The WRX falls still meets that criteria, but it's a different-size car and not bespoke like the GRC. People also give the WRX grief for its shitty interior, but I can accept Subaru cutting corners in the interior to reach its $33k starting point for a new one.

I haven't been inside the GRC, but I did get inside the GR Yaris recently and didn't find the interior 'shitty'. I'd rather Toyota spend the money on the mechanical bits than tarting up the interior to be nicer.

If there were an option to have a stripped out interior like they did for the Lexus RC-F Track Edition, I'd be open to that as a trim/option.

I think there's a fine line between having a stripped out race car solely for track use and a run of the mill econobox that's spicy.

In my opinion the CTR seems to thread that better than the GRC. GRC seems a bit too "track focused" while the CTR seems more fun and livable as a daily.

Ask bic baws about his CTR and he'll probably say otherwise as its like 80 decibels on the i5 lawl. But i got a feeling the GRC is worse.

According to the lists Nanaimo just got allocated a red Core and Victoria a black Circuit, hopefully one of those is the spec you're looking for.

My dealer just offered me a black core at list, no games, no ADM, comes in in July. No circuits on the horizon apparently.

I want a white one so I'm not complaining about how few colours there are, but it's weird that the regular hatch had the crazy blue and the GR doesn't.

I find that a lot of times the car makes the colour. If the car looks good, has the right lines/cues and is well taken care of, the colour would look good. You can put McLaren's shifting Volcano Red on that Corolla and it would look ridiculous.
