According to the guys on the GRC forum the ones with the markups are sitting as well. Hopefully that's a good sign for car prices in general. |
I'm just waiting for LC and LS prices to drop so I can be poor hobs :okay: |
You join my old man enthusiast brigade. It’s good stuff. We don’t do much other than talk shit and drive real slow. |

Is it just me or does the back bumper look repainted on that Circuit? |
I like the car.. but looking at that infotainment screen would make me feel bad. It looks cheep and dated even though I bet it's the same unit I'm perfectly happy with in my 4runner. |
I have been looking at wheels and tires for winter. Most Canadian sites have the offset wrong. They recommend an offset of 42 to 45mm when the stock offset is 30 mm. US sites are recommending 30 to a 35mm offset. Thinking of going with some Bronze Motegi track lite wheels. https://cdn11.bigcommerce.com/s-e8sv...123341.png?c=1 |
Wheels and tires ordered. Ordered from PMC tire. Just under $2800 shipped. That's going to be an absolute fuckload of fun in the snow. |
The 2024 was added to Toyota.ca $49,465 for the 2024 Core and $59,565 for the Circuit. $48,465 for the 2023 Core and $56,965 for the Circuit. So $1k increase on the Core and $2600 on the Circuit. 2024 Core changes I noticed: - Red Brake Calipers You can also option the Circuit spoiler onto the Core for $1900. Colours are white/black/red as before. 2024 Circuit changes I noticed - 18” Forged Alloy Wheels - Front and Rear Parking Sensors - Brake Cooling Ducts I also see the Circuit is only available in White or Blue Flame and has a decal thing running down the side skirt. It also seems to only have the blue trim interior? Still nothing I care about added to the Circuit and nothing I dislike added to the Core so I'm pretty happy. edit: updated the Circuit change list |
^ you probably pay more attention to the groups and forums than I do, did they ever figure out what was causing the CF roof on the Circuit to bubble up or delaminate??? Looked like absolute shit on a few I saw on the group. |
I haven't heard of anyone on the forum having anything happen with the roof, there was one really crappy photo of some kind of issue but it looked like PPF film that was messing up or something. |
Now I'm going to have to search up a pic... some people were having problems with the epoxy getting pitted... they were jokingly calling it a moonroof because of how the surface looked lol |
No Morizo edition? |
I don't think they listed the Morizo on the website |

Pretty much MSRP core. New from dealer. New Westminster. https://www.facebook.com/marketplace...type=top_picks |
The last MSRP core they posted had a bunch of accessories attached to it when you showed up at the dealership. The salesman did not mention any of this when I contacted him in the first place. |
My friend got theirs for MSRP at Westminster Toyota since it was brand new, never registered unit but apparently it was a deal that fell through so they already had a bunch of stuff like ceramic coat, dash cam, etc installed already before they even posted it for the original purchaser. Only got it because they had a desirable trade in. |

I still remember a buddy of mine who specialize in exporting fine JDM cars to NA/EU. He had a NSX-R for ~100k USD with less than 20k on odo a few years back. All I needed was to take care of the import fees from Japan, which he could arrange for me. He was telling me that this is like the deal of the year, but I thought... meh... who tf wants a RHD. Now they go for like half a mil. :fuckthatshit: |
and you cant even drive it because as soon as you drive it, or ding it, or breath on it, the value decreases. lousy friggin collectors item = no fun for anyone |
