Oh, that's the owner's style. I believe all his cars had turbo fans customed and similar headlight tint. I believe he put his car in SEMA at one point so you guys might have seen it or the diecast

I'm hunting for brakes next, 135i rears and f22/f30 fronts. Also doing a few other "forged carbon" skinning items too. Installing the catch can once my new PCV valve comes in. Honestly, there are so many things that make it "exciting" to work on haha

Looks like you found a new “ongoing” project. [emoji2960]
My neighbor just got hybrid turbos installed and a big FMIC joint with a custom stage 3. It’s a stealth monster.

Can you not just slap on a set of the F chassis M performance brakes then? The F3x M performance brakes are basically the same as the F8x base steel brakes.
Crashed / destroyed
Broken transmission parts car
Beat to crap car with a stupid wing or carbon parts or butchered wide body
Someone’s 1000WHP garage queen that barely sees the road 1 month a year
Someone’s strictly weekend car (usually bone stock, one owner or an uncle of somesort)
The latter is rare. Most of the first wave of buyers already have newer / more modern machines

I didn't like the way they looked when they first came out either. It never looked pretty to me.
Took quite a bit of time and eventually got into the first one because of driving one for a weekend - it wasnt as "digital" or numb as people said. Sold it, had sellers remorse and got back into another. Its just one of those cars.

I drove one from applewood Nissan a few years back and it blew me away. Everyone kept saying its boring, video game, etc etc etc. But I found it almost perfect. A really good blend between sportiness and daily-able comfort.
Only problem was the exhaust note. It didn’t sound like anything and it was very quiet… I would say the VQ engine on the 370z had more character than the one in the R35 GTR. Pretty sure that’s why everyone does exhausts as their first mod on these.

I don't think I've heard one that sounds good though, they are either quiet or loud for the sake of loud and not good.

Its the mid pipe itself thats restrictive. the rest of the exhaust flows well into the 800HP+ range.
change the midpipe to a lightly resonated free flow one and you're cherry. It'll make a bit more noise and will save a lot of weight too!
