I'm spending 5 days in Paris.
Looking for 2 Michelin star restaurant I should go with the wife.
Last time I was there was 1997 so it's a bit out dated LOL.

In 2014 my wife and I went to Tour D’ Argent, it was a 2 star at the time, beleive it may be a 1 star now
One of the oldest restaurants in Paris, the most valuable wine cellar in Europe efc. Etc. It was quite the experience.
Lunch was about $700 with a $280 bottle of wine, an 89 Chablis
It was really cool, amazing place etc. etc. the experience was somthing that even 3 stars probably don’t produce. However I’d say the food itself, I think you can do better given the price
Make sure you make resos wayyyy in advance. France is super ducking annoying to get resos, we were just in Lyon and couldn’t get into any of the 3-4 we had targeted, a large part I feel like was because we emailed in English :/

Food writer Ruth Reichl has a good list in a recent post https://ruthreichl.substack.com/p/good-advice
Arpege and Pierre Gagnaire are two very well known. Alain Passard of Arpege is one of the greats.
As for things to do, a fun thing we did was a private car tour in a Citroen 2cv convertible. Also if you have time, suggest a full day wine tour out to the sancerre region about 2-3 hours outside Paris. Those were probably the two most memorable things we did.
Besides just getting a bottle of wine, cheese, and baguette and just randomly doing a picnic next to the Louvre or along the Seine.

Be safe over there, Paris is a dangerous place to be right now with the massive protest that is going on.

If you do end up there, make sure no matter how full you are at the end you partake in the cheese cart. That’s my #1 culinary regret. I turned down the cheese cart during desert and then I saw it get pushed by…
