My parents back deck made of wood is starting to crumble after 25 years and I've finally convinced them to replace it. It is pretty large - at least 12x25 feet, raised off the ground by about 5 feet.
Anyone have recommendations on a reputable builder who would take this project on?
I don't have any recommendations for this project scope, but if you're on Facebook I find success asking neighborhood groups for referrals. From there I'll get quotes from a handful of them before making a decision.
This approach will be very neighborhood dependent but it feels more reliable than searching on Google and finding some SEO-optimized lead capture site.
