Saw on Reddit someone was saying, we should start a LETS GO CASEY chant at the start of the game and the Preds ended up scoring soon as they started chanting lol

Is this the Predators gameplan? Just hang back like they're shorthanded and block all the shots? Seems to be working, but I don't see how it's a viable strategy in the long term

Can't say the effort wasn't there. But I saw a lot of small mistakes from the top stars. Hughes, Petey, Miller. Lots of really awful passes, skating past the puck, missing open nets. Some bad luck too, with posts and bounces. Hughes first shift was a total disaster and led to the first fluky goal.
Hopefully they get the nervousness out of their systems, who knows though
