Man, I've watched the series winning goal so many times now. A lot of great things on that play. First was Petey side stepping the check and moving the puck up. Next was obviously Boeser with the no-look pass. Finally you had Suter capitalizing on a scoring chance after being stonewalled all game by Saros. And who dropped coverage allowing him to score that goal? Anthony Beauvillier! 
I only laugh because you knew he was extra motivated to try and beat the team that got rid of him so casually. There was a pregame clip in the hallways where the Canucks walk past him and Myers with a smile on his face gave him a tap on the back. Beau looked stone faced through the entire interaction. Can't blame him of course, there's no friends in the playoffs. But the image just stuck in my mind.
Edit: oh and I almost forgot, they were playing "Blame Canada" from South Park after our goal lol.

Unless we get a better prospect, Silovs is the goalie of the future, they're not trading him.
How Silovs plays for the rest of the playoffs will likely determine whether he gets to back up Demko next year.

Man the scenes from Scott road and outside the arena are pretty wild
Not many places get up for the playoffs like Van honestly. Like when it comes down to it people love the Canucks and like they were saying on the radio last night, there’s a whole generation that doesn’t know actual playoff hockey

Expect the worst and be pleasantly surprised when something good happens. That's my usual life motto lol. In this case though, it's more than likely we have to listen to the Oilers announcers. They'll use the excuse of "perceived bias" against Shorty as being a homer.

At least the travel is like an hour and 15 mins flight.
Stupid US flight system with 'hub' cities ... so many places don't have direct flights. Nashville is like almost underneath Chicago in terms of longitude.

While he’s excited because he knows this is the final moments before moving on, it’s VERY rare to hear someone call the amount of detail he almost always includes. Most play by play just can’t keep up

Shorty is obviously the best PBP in Canada right now. But Tomlinson is the worst colour guy there is. So I'd take Debrusk over him too
