Man, so happy for Joshua, both for him and for us as fans lol
He was getting so many chances early on and even last year being that physical presence but not QUITE finishing.. but now this 3rd line has been smoking and we so needed a guy like him with skill but can play a physical game

We do take over 1st in the league with the point though. Yea we won't be staying there but still nice to see even if it'll be short lived.

Good game, great 3rd and OT
I know there’s all this talk about OT and this re-grouping that goes on, but honestly in terms of the Canucks this is the first game I can remember with them involved with so much movement exiting the zone and regrouping etc.

Why was Joshua on with Petey in OT? Was he nervous to play with Petey? It's pretty much the exact same play as his first goal. He got the pass from Garland and took the shot and scored. I don't think Petey was expecting a pass back so deep in the slot.

Joshua definitely should have taken the shot. Petey was in way too tight to make any moves by the time he got the pass. If anything, even a shot-pass would have been a smarter play. But it's ok, they woke up today in 1st place. I'm sure they would have loved the win but it's still a good morning overall for this team!

World Juniors start on Boxing Day. Pre tournament game with Swiss today. US of A tomorrow.
In Sweden this year. Nobody in attendance at today's game, lol.

The Garland , Blueger, and Joshua line has been playing well this season. Third line scoring.
Joshua has more goals than Kuzy now.
