Every dealer service I've been to at OpenRoad, they always ask for the location of the wheel lock key, even with OEM wheel locks
Probably just trying to follow a consistent policy. For OEM locks I'm sure they're just asking so people don't freak out to learn they have the master key, or ask a lot of questions.
