But I’ve been listening to this damn song on repeat ever since I heard it at an Indian restaurant. No idea what the fuck he’s singing but whatever, it’s catchy
Don't know where the "Elon is a shit human, here's more evidence" links go
He is 100% a piece of shit. I believe for this kid and the twins that where born the same month he was just a sperm donor. Image being the richest guy in the world and still had problems getting laid.

The whole "sperm donor" thing is like "living with her best girl friend for 30 years" of the boomer gen. Obviously this dude is fucking his staff, and everyone else. Didn't he buy one of his staffers a horse for a BJ at one point?
This is also the whole reason Bill Gates had to step down, and ultimately from what I've read why his wife left him once the kids grew up.
No doubt you guys saw this on reddit as well, but:
I have seen a few people in the states pass up on buying the launch edition for 120K. If you could somehow could bring one to BC. You could make a lot of money.
I can guarantee you could get someone to pay 10k to 15K to have it in there music video. Tons of Punjabi music video's are made in BC. For a one day shoot it costs between 5K to 15K. Being the first to have a cybertruck in your video would get you a million plus vies form people who don't even listen to Punjabi music. A model X rents for over a grand a day. A Cybertruck could get 2k to 3k a day for the the first 4 or 5 months.
I don't think much of Elon because in my opinion he's all smoke and mirrors and I see him as the greatest con man to ever live. He claims Tesla was his vision but he joined the Tesla board after its founding and so he's not the visionary he claims to be. He, or should I say his smart CFO, used Tesla to secure a massive government loan back in 2009 or maybe it was 2010 and pushed for the Dems for EV subsidies to boost Tesla's growth. And guess who gave him the millions? Obama and the Democrats because no Republican back in 2009 would have allocated millions to push EV technology. Now, he rumbles on about the Democrats like they're the worst thing that ever happen to America. Hilarious.
Similar story with SpaceX, he utilized it to obtain lucrative government contracts.
Don’t forget about the Tesla Mormon Koflach who would gladly knock on doors promoting the greatness of Elon
What are you smoking you moron? When have I once touted the brilliance of Elon Musk here? Unlike you, I am able to separate the owner of the company and the car.
but to Koflach's credit, he didn't actually promote Elon, just Tesla. I was just ragging on him for being such a diehard Tesla fantatic (kinda touched a nerve there....)
well id be a pissy little bitch too if i had to drive 100km a day (most passive-aggressive comment ever)
It's very interesting to see foundation edition invites going up for sale on eBay for only a few thousand dollars. I thought the early CT's would be commanding huge overs.

Reason: founder edition = foundation edition

The problem is that there's no guarantee that Tesla would deliver if it wasn't the original reservation holder. And yes, the Foundation edition does carry a clause where you can't flip.
If there's any way to guarantee Tesla would deliver the car, people would jump. I mean, I know I would. A few grand is peanuts on what you could potentially make as the first privately-owned Cybertruck in Canada.
I am sure I can put it on Turo for 1k a day and it would rent >70% of time until it becomes available in Canada. I'd probably have made the purchase price back before that.

To say i'm a die hard Tesla fanatic is a little complicated. I think Tesla makes the best overall EV on the market mostly because of the software and charging network. By no means do they make the best car though. The actual cars (not accounting for software/charging) are average car at best (the seats are not very comfortable, BMW makes way nicer ones) but the rest of the experience in owning one pushes it to the top for EV's in my opinion. I will also say that the buying experience, for me at least, was the best i've had when buying any car i've ever purchased. I loved not having to deal with a salesperson.
My wife's id4 is way nicer in terms of build quality and comfort but the software just ruins the rest of the car. She has owned it for 1.5 years and has yet to get a software update to fix the issues that it has. Supposedly it can do ota updates but we will see later this month when she takes it in for some preventative maintenance.
That said, i've said here on numerous occasions that i'd buy a rivian R1S if it had the tesla plug and was smaller/cheaper.
My I4 had an OTA update the day I picked it up. I haven't noticed a single fault in the two weeks I've had it.
I realize it's not that long, but I'd be interested in knowing what faults your wife is seeing.
Aside from the rear seats being too narrow for the boosters I own, I am loving this thing. I think the way they handle the power 'requests' has been very well calibrated. I don't notice the traction control preventing it from spinning the wheels, or the switch over to regen as I lift on a decline. It's very well manged.
