I’m really surprised they were able to keep the supra that small. Most cars have ballooned to insane proportions given the same elapsed time frame
Nice super Chinesey plate on the supra too. 838! Good fortune foruuuuuuuuuu

Picked up an original owner, 93' 190E with the 2.3L 8v last week! (No accidents too, I've never had this luxury of near-perfect panel gaps Lol)
If I choose to keep this thing, it will replace my E34 540i/5 (finally getting around to listing it soon) as the spring / summer daily... but it will need a swap of some sorts. I am intrigued by the idea of a Honda K Swap.
Would be a simple build... full-interior, nice sound system, a little low, with the goal of keeping A/C. I really like the compact-size of this thing, and it's road manners. Needed something stylish, zippy for downtown commute, yet can still take 4 friends out.

I’ve always had a soft spot for the 190e. Always found it interesting how the e30 and 190e were market share competitors yet the cars drive so different and are owned by an opposite demographic.
You could go online and find super clean 190e’s all day that are affordable and super comfortable to drive. Yet good luck finding an e30 you could eat off of, they’re all rat bagged

^ I think E30 Sedan and 190E Sedan, from what I remember as a kid, were driven by similar demographics actually. Correct me if I am wrong!
Also the fact that more E30's were ordered in Manual America side, overall attracted youthful buyers second hand = they become rat bagged. I remember E30's alongside Civics and Eclipses in aftermarket tuning catalogues in the early 00's, making the appeal for youths to choose E30 as a platform even more appealing.
Plus, out of the box, E30 4 cyl is way more fun to drive. 190E base 8v engine / auto trans feels like a tractor engine Lol. Quote:

Luckily I am only in Kits area 1-2 times a week, and we have private parking at the office. Truthfully, if I had a new Corolla to daily or something... door dings would hurt me more than it happening to this old thing.

Congrats on the buy. I absolutely love the 190E as it reminds me of the DTM racing. Always so exciting to see this chassis compete with the BMW E30.

few days late to seniors that dont maintain their vehicles besides oil/tires/battery/pads:
i mean tsx maybe worth doing a bit more but a non-performance toyota town roundabout at 150k?
i'd argue the coolant etc is fine for practically life of ownership in those cases. can check very periodically but can be a lot more forgiving with replacement interval guidelines?

Does the white EF have the JDM front conversion?
I saw a BB6(97-01) Honda Prelude with collector plates the other day. It looked great.

Nah. No JDM EF9 front unfortunately.
91 stock front with clear corners. I really dig that JDM ZC hood with the hump. Super rare to see nowadays.
