Norris goofed up! That 10 second penalty for failing to slow down during a yellow flag put him out of contention in Quatar. Yellow flag was waved for Albon’s damaged mirror.

A mess of a race for the FIA - all those firings didn't help at all.

re: Max - he makes himself pretty easy to dislike (though Red Bull in general is like that). Some would say they tell it like it is and are being honest but those are two reasons/excuses why someone is just a jerk. I think Max crosses that line a lot (just like his driving standards).

George, Charles, Carlos, Lewis - they all have their pissy moments but there's enough humility (or something) that they reel themselves in afterwards.

What a shit show of a weekend, I was waiting for Max to do the classic Fuck You drive, where he just drives away into the sunset and builds a 30 second gap, but Lando was too close.

I had my daughter in her Ferrari F1 shirt since the morning, I'm hoping they can sneak into a constructors win, it would be huge for them with the amount of wins under their belt this year, in other racing divisions as well.

I'm a Max fan, but I appreciate the Ferrari progress, I would absolutely love it for the team. You can sense the paradigm shift in their garage this year.



edit. Also not to be understated, HAAS has now become an official midfield team! As of next season the extra funding boost, hopefully more sponsors, we can see some real progress there as well, a real Cinderella story.

HAAS was a midfield team a few years ago, but Guenther and Gene increasingly were at odds with each other causing rivaling decisions to be made.

What a great race today! Mega drives by Hamilton and Leclerc bode well for Ferrari for next year.
