It sucks for Sargeant but it's the right choice for Williams. Especially as it's looking pretty clearly like this is Logan's last season with Williams.

As Ferrari can you really say you’re getting up upgrade with Hamilton over Sainz? Sainz has been incredibly consistent with shitty cars the last 2-3 years and while Hamilton has had an ever worse car, who’s to say he will perform better with his age etc.

Carlos Sainz is a good driver who can consistently finish in the points, and win about one GP per season in the third best car in the field.
