Damn. That's really rough. I hope the appropriate precautions are taken and he stays safe. It's easy to take unnecessary risks if you get too comfortable. |

I wonder if that beer league team gets a cup trophy as the league champions. Luongo can ask his team mates if he can eat pasta out of the beer league's trophy haha. |
Hey guys so I'm living in AB now... what's the best way for me to continue being a Canucks fan an watch games? I don't plan on getting cable tv here, I only had it in Richmond because of the Canucks, but they won't show those games here I think... can I just get the online sportsnet plus thing and stream games? Not interested in unreliable pirate feeds lol |
best solution is to become a flames fan |
Gross. When I lived in Toronto I only watched Canucks games on HNIC, but that was over a decade ago. Can't you get a Sportsnet pass or something online? |

I would assume he wasn't trying his best or took some mental breaks throughout the night. Beer league also means beer league defense and no systems... and sometimes when you face shots that are half the speed you're used to, it really throws your timing off. But he most likely just took it easy and let 2 slip in to keep it fun. I'm surprised there hasn't been any videos of the actual game?? |

More health related news for another Canucks player. https://www.sportsnet.ca/nhl/article...icular-cancer/ -looks like Dakota is a one ball man now after surgery to remove a tumour from one of his testicles. He will miss the start of training camp. Vancouver Canucks forward Dakota Joshua has announced he is recovering from testicular cancer. In a statement shared by the team on Tuesday, Joshua wrote that doctors discovered a lump earlier this summer and were successfully able to remove the tumour. The 28-year-old from Dearborn, Mich., said he plans on returning to play "as soon as possible" and is "working hard every day" to rejoin his teammates. The statement adds that Joshua will miss the start of training camp and did not give a specific timeline for his return to the ice. "The last several weeks have been extremely challenging, and I've been fortunate to have the support of my family, friends, teammate and doctors," Joshua wrote. |
