Finally coming soon if you haven't heard there's a NHL series they've been filming on Prime and one of the players they followed was Hughes. Should be good lol the McDavid clip at the end.
They came within 1 game of being "good enough" lol
What are we doing here
By that logic Canucks are 3 times champs lol
They had the best team they’ve ever been able to get together and still fell pretty short, let’s face is, Florida was the better team by far, albeit a 7 game series, and now the oilers will be in an even worse cap situation moving forward

Canucks were "good enough" those years too (not sure about 82, but they were "good enough" to make it to the finals at least).
Sometimes things don't go your way for long enough. Needed one more win but couldn't get it.
Most teams that make it into the playoffs are "good enough" to go on a run and win it all if everything goes their way.

Don't you guys remember we were "good enough." We were 1 game away from beating Oilers with no Demko, and Petey with a bum knee.
Jett Woo put on waivers ... oh well, was cheering for the kid to make it. Cool name alone ... like a HK kung fu movie star. Hope someone gives him a chance.
Watched an episode of Faceoff last night went straight for the Quinn Hughes ep. Meh it's ok but still nice to see a show like this about the NHL so will watch it all regardless.

^NHL has always been shit when it comes to the documentary/engagement side of the sport. They really need to start encouraging these players to get away from the quiet/stoic/conservative requirement of the sport from back in the day. That's the only way they'll grow the sport and attract new fans.
They should take a page out of how the NFL/Basketball has been doing it, notably the NFL. Their docs whether Hard Knocks, or the various ones on Netflix are fantastic.
The lack of felons in the NHL isn’t good for content lol
Fucking Vegas strikes again with LTIR, being reported Robin Lehners cap hit won’t effect them going forward.. a guy who essentially walked on the team and is embroiled in numerous law suits and criminal filings
Yet we have to pay for Luongo who actually fucking played and was paid by a different team??

The Winter Classics promos were pretty good before!
