This guy concludes that the Oilers loss was worst because the Oilers are supposed to be the best team ever with the best players on the planet. Forget the loser point, they couldnt even get a single player point.
I like how the Canucks' loss is indicative of a goaltending problem and that the outlook is not good after this, but the Oilers' loss is not a concern because for sure they'll bounce back and couldn't possibly repeat last year's horrendous start to the year.
That was nice to have Edler take the ceremonial faceoff. They should do that more for the retiring players. Lets fans see them one last time in a Canucks Jersey
I guess EP40 knee is still bugging him. Dude only had 1 SOG. I thought he came ready to play this season.
Tocchet called out Petey for a mistake on a poweplay in the game against the Flyers:
When asked about Elias Pettersson and his lack of production he simply called him out and stated that he made a mistake on the power play that caused a big goal against.
Tochett calling out Petey for the PP goal against maybe this will get him going #Canucks
I'd say this whatever is happening, a lot more than just 2 games, yes im counting last season and playoffs.
gotta see more from the guy making 11.6m
even small flashes of brilliance would be great
I say why is Petey still a 2C? He should be 1C going against other teams top line. or am I missing something? Even the OT, coach wanted to go with Miller, Boeser.
I just want to know what's actually wrong with Petey, is it physical or mental? What happened to his shot or his skating? He looks invisible out there and it's hard to make excuses for the guy when he wanted to be paid top dollar to stay here.
