there was some clarification by reporters that it isn't drug/alcohol related. it's being described as a "mental reset". JT is a fiery guy, typical wear your heart on your sleeve type of player. if he needs a mental break, we as fans should give him the time and space to do so. whatever it is, i hope he can recover quickly and get back to being the guy his teammates and this city loves.

Assuming you mean JT Miller (and not Ovie), if it was degenerative disc or physically related, wouldn't they put him on LTIR? Cap savings? This seems more like mental health, stress, or family going through crisis (father, mother, wife, kids, etc.). Although we were asked not to speculate.

I was assuming this is a new DJ? Whoever it was before was nowhere near as annoying. Oilers and Flames home games were always rough watch, and now Canucks games too!

There's some NFL teams like this too. Browns, Jets come to mind. Just brainless, mindless use of dumb 40 year old music between every play as their teams get teabagged for 3 hours.

The music is getting so soft. I liked the day when it was rock and roll. ACDC, Metallica, Wolfmother. Something to pump up the crowd and players. Now they play Taylor swift, and stupid pop music.
