It's obvious that Lehner struggles with 'inner demons' and deserves compassion vs. judgment. Before knowing more about Mental Health struggles, I used to think, 'WTF is going on ?!" ... but now, I see something like this and think to myself how incredible it is that someone with his background and challenges can excel at something at such a high level. (Higher than most of us here, if not all) Cannot be easy for his wife and 2 kids.

I recall a few seasons back, didn't he stir up a storm right at the beginning of the season, threating the league in a similar fashion. But then it got quiet and I can't recall if anything happened or it got swept under the rug. I guess he's resurfaced again.

With his current state of mind, if he's serious, he needs to get a PR to write these complaints... Hard to take him seriously when he's going off like that.

Good news. Friedman can shut the fuck up for one month about tension between Petey and Miller.

Not that anyone cares but Stevie Yzerman out at Detroit fires Lalonde and hires/recycles Todd McLellan .. who lasts typically 2-4 yrs.

Typical NHL to keep playing musical chairs with coaches lol. THG is very likely correct that coaching is the least of Detroit's worries. Coaches are just the easiest to get rid of to shake things up.
